The Mausoleum is one of St. Remy’s most ancient monuments. It has three different levels and it was built in the Roman Empire. A mausoleum is a building created outside to enclose a burial chamber of the deceased. It is interesting to see that the top of the monument is a colonnade that covers statues of the dead.
